CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT AND SALES MANAGEMENT OF REINFORCING STEEL EUROPE B.V.

We want to inform you that Kris Van Ginderdeuren will step down as Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member of Reinforcing Steel Europe B.V. and will leave the company for personal reasons at the end of this year.

Effective immediately, Thomas Truyens will assume the role of Chief Commercial Officer, succeeding Kris Van Ginderdeuren. In this role Thomas Truyens will further contribute to the further development of our commercial strategy and help strengthen the relationships with our customers.

For the German-speaking markets, Elger Luck will continue in his role as Head of Sales for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, remaining the primary contact for our customers and partners in these regions.
